AMBON(info-ambon.com)– Menggandeng Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi RI, Pemerintah Daerah Maluku menggelar Rapat Koordinasi Hasil Evaluasi Monitoring Center for Prevention (MCP) 2022 dan Sosialisasi MCP 2023, yang bertempat di Aula Lantai 7 Kantor Gubernur Maluku, pada Kamis (13/4/2023). Rakor dibuka secara resmi oleh Sekretaris Daerah Provinsi Maluku Ir. Sadali Ie, M.Si, IPU, yang dihadiri oleh Kasatgas Korsupwil V KPK Dian Patria, Korwas Akuntabilitas Keuangan Daerah BPKP Maluku Ngudi Prasojo, Inspektur Daerah Provinsi Maluku, Pimpinan OPD Pengampu MCP Korsupgah di lingkup Pemerintah Provinsi Maluku, Inspektur Daerah Kabupaten/Kota se-Maluku, admin MCP Korsupgah se-Provinsi Maluku, beserta unsur terkait lainnya.

Sadali dalam sambutannya menjelaskan bahwa, MCP Koordinasi dan Supervisi Pencegahan Korupsis (Korsupgah) merupakan program Direktorat Koordinasi dan Supervisi KPK RI yang dilaksanakan sesuai amanat UU No 19 Tahun 2019 yang telah diubah dengan perubahan kedua yaitu UU No 30 Tahun 2022 tentang Komisi Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Korupsi.

“Berdasarkan program MCP Korsupgah terdapat 8 area intervensi yang menjadi indikator penilaian yakni perencanaan dan penganggaran APBD, pelayanan terpadu satu pintu, peningkatan kapabilitas APIP, manajemen ASN, optimalisasi pendapatan daerah, manajemen aset daerah dan tata kelola dana desa,” terangnya.

Dikatakan lagi, capaian progress MCP Korsupgah Pemerintah Provinsi Maluku tahun 2022 mencapai 67,19%, jika dibandingkan dengan 2021 yang mencapai 62,04%, nilai ini mengalami kenaikan sebesar 5,15%.

“Terkait dengan capaian ini, kami memberikan apresiasi kepada Pemerintah Kota Ambon, Kota Tual, dan Kabupaten Maluku Tengah, yang capaian MCPnya di atas 80%, semoga ini bisa mendorong kabupaten lain yang nilai capaian masih dibawah 55% untuk Tahun 2023, diharapkan bisa mencapai yang lebih baik sehingga akan berpengaruh terhadap nilai capaian Pemerintah Daerah se-Maluku.” Harapnya.

Sementara itu, Sadali juga menyampaikan, Indikator dan Sub Indikator MCP tahun ini, terjadi perubahan dibandingkan Tahun sebelumnya, dimana pada bulan Maret lalu telah dilaunching oleh Ketua KPK RI, yang terdapat 30 indikator dan 63 sub indikator.

“Untuk itu kami harapkan bapak ibu dapat menyimak dengan baik, mempelajari pedoman pelaporan MCP Korsupgah Tahun 2023, yang akan disampaikan oleh Kasatgas Korsupwil V KPK Dian Patria bersama tim.” Tegasnya.

Menutup sambutannya juga, Sadali, memberikan apresiasi kepada KPK RI atas pelaksanaan MCP Korsupgah dari Tahun 2019 sampai sekarang, karena aksi ini telah memberikan dampak baik kepada Pemerintah Daerah dan meningkatkan standar pemerintah daerah dalam membangun suatu kerangka kerja untuk memahami resiko korupsi berdasarkan sektor wilayah atau instansi yang rentan terhadap korupsi.
