Percepat Penanganan Darurat Gempabumi, BNPB Serahkan Bantuan DSP Senilai 1,1 M di KKT

AMBON (info-ambon.com)-Badan Nasional Penanggulangan Bencana (BNPB) serahkan bantuan Dana Siap Pakai (DSP) dengan total 1,1 miliar guna mendukung percepatan penanganan darurat gempabumi magnitudo (M) 7,5 yang mengguncang wilayah Kabupaten Kepulauan Tanimbar (KKT). Bantuan ini diberikan kepada Pemerintah Provinsi (Pemprov) Maluku senilai 500 juta, 250 juta untuk Pemerintah Kabupaten Kepulauan Tanimbar (KKT) dan 250 Maluku Barat Daya (MBD).

Selain bantuan DSP, BNPB turut memberikan bantuan kebutuhan logistik dasar permakanan senilai total 650 juta dengan rincian 150 juta untuk Pemprov Maluku serta KKT dan MBD masing-masing senilai 250 juta. Adapun bantuan logistik perlengkapan juga diberikan dengan rincian masing-masing 1.000 selimut dan matras serta 50 tenda keluarga untuk Pemprov Maluku. Sedangkan KKT dan MBD masing-masing menerima 1.000 selimut, 1.000 matras dan 25 tenda keluarga.

Bantuan ini diserahkan secara simbolis oleh Kepala BNPB Letjen TNI Suharyanto dalam Rapat Koordinasi Penanganan Bencana Maluku di VIP Bandara Internasional Pattimura, Kota Ambon, Provinsi Maluku, Kamis (12/1). Pada kesempatan tersebut, Suharyanto turut menjelaskan bahwa secara geologis wilayah Provinsi Maluku merupakan kawasan dengan aktifitas tektonik dan kegempaan serta tsunami paling aktif di Indonesia.

“Hal ini menjadi penting bagi kita bahwa kesiapsiagaan terhadap gempa dan tsunami di Provinsi Maluku merupakan hal yang wajib karena memang kita hidup di kawasan tektonik aktif,” jelasnya dalam rilis tertulis yang diterima Redaksi info-ambon.com, Kamis (12/1/2023). Lebih lanjut, Suharyanto menyampaikan bentuk mitigasi yang paling utama untuk bencana gempabumi adalah penguatan bangunan agar lebih tahan gempa.

“Bukan gempa yang membunuh, tetapi reruntuhan bangunan yang tidak tahan gempa,” tuturnya. Kepala BNPB turut mengapresiasi kecepatan respon cepat Pemprov Maluku dan Pemerintah Kabupaten setempat melalui penetapan status tanggal darurat. “Respon cepat dari Pemprov Maluku dan pemerintah kabupaten dengan status tanggap darurat ini sangat baik, sehingga pemerintah pusat dapat memberikan dukungan untuk menjamin kebutuhan masyarakat terdampak dapat terpenuhi,” ucapnya.

Suharyanto kembali mengingatkan bahwa bencana adalah urusan bencana. Langkah penetapan status tanggap darurat menjadi bentuk kolaborasi lintas sektor dalam penanggulangan bencana. “Tidak ada yang bisa menghadapi bencana sendirian, harus berkolaborasi dan bersinergi,” tegasnya.

Setelah menetapkan status tanggap darurat, Suharyanto memberikan arahan untuk pemerintah daerah agar dapat membentuk pos komando serta secara cepat mendistribusikan kebutuhan dasar masyarakat terdampak. “Yakinkan betul saat tanggap darurat, kebutuhan dasar masyarakat terpenuhi, hal ini menjadi prioritas utama,” pungkasnya.

Setelah melalui masa tanggap darurat, Suharyanto mengatakan bahwa pemerintah daerah dapat langsung menetapkan masa transisi hingga tahap rehabilitasi dan rekonstruksi. Pendataan menjadi hal yang paling penting untuk dilakukan sehingga dapat mempercepat pemulihan kehidupan masyarakat terdampak. “Harus cepat pendatannya dan spesifik langsung by name by address, semakin cepat pendataannya maka singkat juga penderitaan yang dirasakan warga terdampak,” tambahnya.
